paper, cardboard
Although we constantly live in spaces that contain traces of everyday life, most images of spaces are purged of any evidence of use. There is always an attempt to depict architecture in a perfect, sterile state. This denies the processual character of the spaces, thanks to which numerous layers and stories can be read and discovered. I create spatial images / images of spaces that address the signs of usage and thus the transience of time. By translating the existing spaces into paper models on a reduced scale, they take on a surreal and imaginary or fairytale character.
